Justine Quetzal

Justine is an interdisciplinary artist originally from Quebec, who works in the field of Movement, Art, and Music. She has a degree in Literature & Administration, in addition to being a certified Yoga teacher, which she continues to teach today. She is also deeply inspired and humbled by indigenous wisdom teachings and ceremonies. Her journeys to different parts of the world and deep within herself have opened her mind and helped her free-spirited expression to unfold. Her music is a clear reflection of her personality, which encompasses gentleness and audacity.

Justine now has two full length albums, “Violet Flame Within” (2018), and, “Breath of Healing” (2020), both released independently. She also is sings alongside Jahsiah Jacobs with whom she co-facilitates retreats in California. These events, based on their devotional music, also intend to bring about an inner transformation which leads the community to live their life with a greater felt connection to Source and their divine mission.

LIKE A GENTLE BREATH

These songs unveil deeper aspects of her personal Medicine and Artistry. It is a personal and emotional album, covering themes such as love, the uncertainty of the times we are living on Earth, but also the beauty and miracle of life.

This last year has not been easy for us collectively. May these songs be a medicine for you during these times of transformation. This album is an invitation to connect with the muses of nature who are speaking to us in a language of elemental wisdom, through music. These songs contain codes of light designed to be a catalyst for growth and transformation. Surrender to where this journey takes you and open yourself to receive the unseen treasures encrypted within these sounds. This album comes to us in divine timing, and its’ message is like a balm, a gentle breath, carrying with him the vision of a new dawn.
